On the morning of November 13, Qufu Municipal Government signed a framework cooperation agreement with the Asia-Pacific Film Producers' Alliance, officially establishing the film copyright trading center in Qufu. The center is the only copyright trading center of the Asia Pacific Film Producers Alliance in China. In the future, based on the film trading Center project, the two sides will jointly establish a project company to promote the construction of the film trading center, jointly build a global film copyright trading center in Qufu, and regularly hold cultural exchange activities such as the Asia-Pacific Film League Summit and international film copyright trading in Qufu.

Yang Shiyan, President of the Asia Pacific Film Producers' Alliance, said, "Our International Film Rights Center will be a platform for the exchange of film, television and cultural products with the world. It is of great significance to have this platform in Qufu, a famous cultural city in China. That is to say, we will combine the import and export of Chinese traditional culture and international cultural products, and also spread Chinese culture. Through such a platform, we will tell the story of China well, and we hope that it can become a well-known trading center for copyright trading in the world."

The Asia Pacific Film Producers' Alliance was founded in 1954 by Sir Run Run Shaw, the founder of Shaw Pictures in Hong Kong and a famous film maker. It is one of the earliest film-makers' alliance in the world with the widest geographical scope and has a wide influence in the world film industry. In recent years, closer ties between China and the Asia-Pacific region have promoted win-win cooperation and created broad space for cooperation in the whole region.

While in Qufu, more than 30 producers from 25 countries and regions gathered to negotiate copyright deals.
